Make an Appointment

To help provide timely service to all of our patients, we prefer to schedule visits. We will always do our best to schedule your child's appointment as soon as possible. Our front office staff is available to answer most questions, however if you feel you would like to talk directly to one of our providers someone should be able to call you back within 24 hours. We are happy to book well child visits ahead of time so that we can best meet your scheduling needs.

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, our providers may run behind schedule seeing patients.
We will keep you informed of our timing as much as possible.
Thank you for being patient as we strive to meet the individual needs of all our patients.

As a courtesy to our other families and patients:
Please call if you know you are running late for an appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we will try to work you into the existing schedule or perhaps offer an open appointment time later in the day, or with another provider.
If we are very busy and cannot fit you in, we may ask you to reschedule your child's appointment.

You always have the option of rescheduling your child's appointment or seeing another available provider.

Cancellation / Missed Appointment Policy
When you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been used for another patient.
If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible.
Beginning August 1, 2017: if you fail to call and cancel (or reschedule) within 24 hours in advance of your missed appointment there will be a $20 missed / no show appointment charge billed to your account.

Sick Child Visits

We offer same day sick appointments; it is recommended to call early in the day to secure these appointments.

If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.
